Every order is custom made and baked to order, for that reason we do not offer refunds on any orders that are placed to be shipped within 2-5 business days. All custom orders require a 100% deposit. This deposit will be fully refunded if the order is canceled more than 10 days prior to pick up date. Cancelation with 10 days or less notice will receive a 50% refund. All merchandise can be returned for refund within 1 week of purchase, if the item has not been worn or damaged.

The Sugar Palette is not responsible for any cross-contamination of any ingredients, we cannot guarantee that any of the products have not come in contact with dairy, nuts, and/or wheat. We try our best to keep our products as clean as possible, but cannot guarantee no cross-contamination. The Sugar Palette creates each custom set individually, making each one unique and different from the next. We cannot guarantee that any two sets will be exactly the same.

Any personal information provided to The Sugar Palette is not shared to any third parties, it stays within our database only. This includes your name, your email, you address, your credit card information and any other personal information provided.
